The Story
Teenager Lomax Torchstone has long felt helpless and tends to let himself get pushed around. But Dan Rogers, physics teacher at Lomax's new school in Silverdalen, notices this and gives him a gift: an ancient raiment, and the responsibility to protect Silverdalen from evil. With the mysterious Dan as his mentor, Lomax must learn to use the raiment and overcome his inner fears...or his town could be destroyed by matterhorners and other, more villainous things...
